Approve of Design
Be patient while I convert your design into the rope format.
This makes it easier for me to map the layout for the image.

AI Mockup
I may then use Artificial image creation to get a feeling of how the finished product will turn out.
If you are happy with the results, I’ll send you an invoice and start production

Wait
I will spend the next week or so working on your design. Please be patient. Creating these signs is a lot of work.
Depending your selection, I’ll cut the acrylic, path the rope, lay and solder wire, integrate cabling and power switch.

Shipping
Your new sign will ship with USPS Ground unless stated otherwise. Shipping rates may vary

Display
Show off your new sign! Hang it up in the Living room, bedroom, or workshop! These lights are CRAZY bright so the dimmer switch is recommended!

FAQ
How long does it take to get my neon sign?
Short answer: 2-4 weeks
Long answer: Depends on the rate of communication and availability of product. You’ll be contacted throughout the process for approval and design suggestions. The quicker your response, the quicker I can work. If I run out of a specific product while I’m working on it, there may be a brief delay while I wait for the product to arrive.
Can I preview my sign before it’s made?
During the design process, I will keep in contact with you to make sure everything is how you want it. I’ll always send you my current ideas, as well as the final digital design before I start the manufacturing process.
I may use Artificial Intelligence Image generation to get an idea of how the finished sign will look on a wall. It’s purely for reference reasons and no generative AI will be used in the final product.
What if it arrives damaged?
When it arrives, please send an image of the sign and the damaged area. The reality is that solder joints become loose sometimes.
After assessing the damage, I will reply with a shipping label, which you can send the sign back to me and I’ll repair the damages for free.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at the moment. US only. Sorry.
How do I install it?
There will be one or multiple drilled screw holes for mounting.
The backend side of the sign may be a bit thick, leaving complications for flush mounting on a wall.
Can I put your signs outside?
As of right now, we do not have any way of implementing water resistance to our signs. If they are exposed to the elements, there’s a good chance corrosion will occur.
While I do repair signs, water damage is not repairable.
