Subscription and Cancellation Policy
1. Introduction
This Subscription and Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) governs the terms under which Redmatter Creations (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides subscription-based services, including but not limited to website hosting, maintenance, support, and other recurring services (collectively, “Services”). By purchasing or subscribing to our Services, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the terms outlined in this Policy.
2. Subscription Terms
2.1 Automatic Renewal
All subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected at checkout) and will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled in accordance with this Policy.
2.2 Billing
Payments will be charged automatically to the payment method provided at the time of subscription. It is your responsibility to ensure that your payment information is accurate and up to date.
2.3 Failure to Pay
If a payment is declined, we will notify you via the email on file. If payment is not successfully processed within seven (7) days, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate Services until payment is made in full.
3. Cancellation
3.1 Client-Initiated Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time by:

3.2 Effective Date of Cancellation
Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to Services through the remainder of the period already paid for.
3.3 No Partial Refunds
We do not provide prorated or partial refunds for unused portions of a billing cycle. For annual subscriptions, Services will remain active until the end of the prepaid term.
4. Refunds
All payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. By subscribing to our Services, you acknowledge that you will not be entitled to any refund, credit, or reimbursement for early termination or non-use of Services.
5. Data and Service Suspension
5.1 Suspension for Non-Payment
We may suspend or restrict Services if payments are not received within seven (7) days of the due date.
5.2 Access to Website Files
Upon cancellation or termination, you may request a copy of your website files within thirty (30) days. After such period, we make no guarantee that data will be retrievable.
6. RC Hosting
6.1 Third-Party Services
RC Hosting utilizes third-party platforms, plugins, and service providers, which may include but are not limited to Cloudflare, JetpackWP, ManageWP, Elementor, and WordPress (collectively, “Third-Party Services”). The availability, performance, and reliability of RC Hosting are subject to the terms and conditions of these Third-Party Services.
6.2 Client Responsibility Upon Termination
If the Client elects to decline, omit, or cancel participation in the RC Hosting plan, the Client shall assume full and exclusive responsibility for the management, maintenance, and operation of their website and domain. This includes, without limitation:
- Subscription to and payment for WordPress Premium or equivalent services,
- Domain registration and renewal,
- Business email hosting,
- Implementation of regular website backups, and
- Installation, monitoring, and updating of plugins and related software.
6.3 Limitation of Liability
Redmatter Creations LLC shall bear no responsibility or liability for any website errors, downtime, security vulnerabilities, data loss, or other technical or functional issues arising after delivery of the Services if the Client is not actively subscribed to the RC Hosting plan.
7. Amendments
We reserve the right to update or modify this Policy at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
